Terms of use.
Planning notes; customer and vendor contracts require a separate review and written agreement.
Illustrative catalogue and planning estimates
Catalogue previews and proposed industry adaptations are illustrative. Published monthly subscription plans apply per selected MicroERP; confirm the selected apps, actual feature coverage and service terms before purchase. The custom Micro-ERP builder calculates indicative implementation ranges from editable assumptions. Those ranges are not approved commercial rates, a binding quote, a reserved start date or a guaranteed delivery commitment.
Requests need a scope review and a separate written agreement covering specifications, implementation costs, taxes, licensing, recurring services, ownership, support and delivery milestones. Submitting a request does not take payment or book a project.
Fixed workspace licensing
Marketplace contributions and lifetime free access
The accepted requester of a missing Micro-ERP and its approved quality reviewer receive lifetime free software access to that specific Micro-ERP once it is built and quality approved.
- Request a Micro-ERP missing from the marketplace, or volunteer to check its real business workflows, report issues and verify fixes.
- EasyManageX reviews the request, confirms the relevant Micro-ERP and participants, then agrees the scope and quality checks with them.
- After the Micro-ERP is built and the agreed quality checks are accepted, its accepted requester and approved quality reviewer receive lifetime free software access to that Micro-ERP.
- The benefit belongs to the agreed participant and Micro-ERP. Hosting, extra storage, AI or messaging usage and third-party services, if chosen, have separate terms.
- Submitting records your interest for review. It does not activate an account, grant access, reserve a build date or commission a paid custom project.
Request a missing Micro-ERP or volunteer for quality review. Keep your submission reference for the agreed scope and review.
Monthly plans are Solo for up to 3 users, Startup for up to 15 and MSME for up to 100, per selected MicroERP. Enterprise capacity is agreed on request. The plan fee is not multiplied by each user within its limit. Global USD and India INR are separate regional prices; switching the display does not perform a currency conversion. Applicable taxes, implementation, infrastructure, usage rates and capacity changes are agreed separately.
Shared-server and dedicated-server hosted plans offer monthly or one-time lifetime core licensing. A lifetime licence has no recurring core licence renewal for the agreed software scope. Server services, maintenance, updates and support are specified separately.
Server hosting and software purchase
A shared server and a dedicated server have different infrastructure scopes. The final agreement confirms resources, management, backups, availability and server charges separately from the software licence.
A self-managed software purchase is a distinct one-time purchase of the agreed software package for the customer’s infrastructure. The product or plan shows the purchase amount directly. Deployment package, permitted usage rights, handover, ownership terms, updates and support require a written scope. No exclusive intellectual-property transfer or unrestricted source-code ownership is implied by an enquiry. Customer infrastructure, storage and backups are separate costs.
Planned offline work and 48-hour verification
Planned for upcoming Micro-ERP releases. Availability and implementation must be confirmed in your final proposal. After initial online setup, use configured core workflows and locally available data on your device offline. Reconnect and verify your system to sync saved changes.
Your system must verify with the authorized service within 48 hours of its last successful verification. Internet access alone does not renew the window. At the deadline, ERP use locks until verification succeeds; pending local changes remain saved. After successful online service verification, pending local changes sync with your configured system and agreed destinations. Any conflicts stay visible for review.
The same offline verification policy applies to shared-server and dedicated-server hosted plans, with monthly or lifetime licences, and to self-managed software purchases. AI, SMS, WhatsApp and other internet-dependent services wait until connected.
The final agreement must identify supported offline workflows and devices, initial setup, local data protection, sync conflicts and recovery responsibilities. This catalogue website does not implement offline ERP storage, synchronization, customer-storage connectors or a verification lock.
Planned sync to your own drive or database
Planned for upcoming Micro-ERP releases. Availability and implementation must be confirmed in your final proposal. Use a supported connector for files or exports on your own drive, or structured records in your own database. You control the destination and permissions; scope and sync direction are agreed in your proposal.
You pay your chosen drive/database provider. Any EasyManageX-hosted copies follow your cloud storage allowance and usage charges. The final agreement identifies the supported connector, record or file scope, schema, permissions, sync direction and recovery responsibilities. Credentials are configured through the agreed secure setup, not this public request form.
Connecting your own destination does not renew the offline verification window or replace the 48-hour authorized service check.
Planned built-in Intellistra AI
Planned for upcoming Micro-ERP releases. Intellistra currently presents private-beta prototypes; included capabilities and supported integrations need final proposal confirmation. Plan AI assistance, clearer reports and reviewed automation around your business, with a custom workflow design capability shaped for your team.
AI runs on usage credits. Rates, credit rules and included capabilities are confirmed in your proposal. Intellistra AI needs internet access; AI requests wait while your Micro-ERP is offline. Approved context, supported connections and explicit permissions define what AI can access or do. Actions that change records require a validated implementation and the agreed approvals.
Enabled records, actions, provider processing, approval rules and usage rates must be agreed before activation. The catalogue website has no active Intellistra connection, workflow designer or AI credit ledger.
Usage credits for paid extras
AI, SMS, WhatsApp and other agreed metered actions use purchased usage credits. Core app workflows do not require these extra-action credits. The quote must identify which actions are metered, the credit rate card, any third-party charges, budget controls and what happens when credits run out. No credit consumption rate, bundle size or approved selling rate is published here.
Hosted storage allowance and overage
Hosted storage includes the allowance agreed for the workspace. Storage above that allowance is charged separately on a pay-as-you-go basis for actual GB-month overage. It is not deducted from AI or messaging credits. The agreement must confirm the included quota, price per GB-month, measurement period, calculation method, notifications and data retention responsibilities. These quotas and rates are not yet approved. Self-managed storage is billed by the customer's chosen infrastructure provider under that provider's terms.
What this website currently provides
The website supports catalogue discovery, a local browser shortlist, planning estimates and custom requirements requests. It does not currently offer checkout, a purchased-credit wallet or automated storage-usage billing. A planning request and its downloaded or emailed proposal do not activate a licence or paid service.
Before commercial launch, reviewed agreements must cover payments, refunds, service levels, security, warranties, support, data processing and applicable laws.
Review licensing and usage planning or prepare a custom requirements brief.
