Monthly plans apply per selected MicroERP: Solo up to 3 users, Startup up to 15 and MSME up to 100, with Enterprise on request. There is no per-seat multiplication within the plan limit. See Pricing for Global USD and India INR rates. Implementation, infrastructure, taxes and metered extras are agreed separately.

The selected core app has the same agreed feature coverage across bands. Team capacity changes the workspace band; the quote separately confirms the app scope, integrations and any custom development.

Choose a shared server or dedicated server with monthly or lifetime core licensing, or a one-time self-managed software purchase for your own infrastructure. Hosting resources, usage rights, handover, updates and support are confirmed separately in your quote.

The selected workspace plan or product shows its one-time amount directly. A hosted lifetime licence and a self-managed software purchase have different scopes. All displayed amounts are illustrative; final prices, usage rights and server or infrastructure costs are agreed before activation.

A one-time licence or software purchase covers the agreed software scope. Server services, storage, maintenance, updates and support have their own terms. Self-managed teams pay their own infrastructure costs.

Planned for upcoming Micro-ERP releases. Availability and implementation must be confirmed in your final proposal. After initial online setup, keep using configured core workflows and available data on your device. Save changes locally during an internet interruption, within the 48-hour verification window.

Planned offline policy: After successful online service verification, pending local changes sync with your configured system and agreed destinations. Any conflicts stay visible for review. AI, SMS, WhatsApp and other internet-dependent services wait until connected.

Use a supported connector for files or exports on your own drive, or structured records in your own database. You control the destination and permissions; scope and sync direction are agreed in your proposal. You pay your chosen drive/database provider. Any EasyManageX-hosted copies follow your cloud storage allowance and usage charges. Reconnect and successfully verify within 48 hours of the last successful service verification.

Planned offline policy: Your system must verify with the authorized service within 48 hours of its last successful verification. Internet access alone does not renew the window. At the deadline, ERP use locks until verification succeeds; pending local changes remain saved.

The hosted workspace includes an agreed storage allowance. Extra storage is pay as you go for actual GB-month overage, billed separately from AI or messaging credits. The quote confirms the included quota, GB-month rate and measurement rules. Self-managed storage costs belong to your own infrastructure account.

Plan AI assistance, clearer reports and reviewed automation around your business, with a custom workflow design capability shaped for your team. Approved context, supported connections and explicit permissions define what AI can access or do. Actions that change records require a validated implementation and the agreed approvals.

Planned Intellistra AI policy: AI runs on usage credits. Rates, credit rules and included capabilities are confirmed in your proposal. Intellistra AI needs internet access; AI requests wait while your Micro-ERP is offline.

Planned EasyManageX capability: design supported workflows with steps, conditions, approvals and enabled actions. Intellistra-assisted design and automation require the configured permissions and scope to be validated before execution. This website does not provide an active workflow designer.

The website currently supports organization registration, workspace sign-in, demos and enquiries. Monthly subscription prices are published on Pricing. Checkout, a purchased-credit wallet and storage billing are not implemented. A reviewed agreement is required before activating paid services; industry-specific configuration and integrations need confirmation.

Third-party product onboarding and seller payments are planned and are not currently implemented. Contact EasyManageX to discuss a possible listing.

The custom request route prepares an indicative implementation proposal and submits your requirements for review. It does not take payment, activate a licence, book delivery or turn the estimate into a binding quote. Licensing, credits, hosting and storage terms still need confirmation.
