01 · GETTING STARTED

Open CRM & Sales in four steps.

  1. Sign in to Supermarkets & Grocery ERP. Use supermarkets-grocery.easymanagex.com/login with the account your organisation’s administrator created for you.
  2. Choose CRM & Sales. Pick it from your Supermarkets & Grocery ERP workspace, or go straight to supermarkets-grocery.easymanagex.com/crm/dashboard. The same sign-in opens every MicroERP you have access to.
  3. Start from Overview. The left sidebar lists every screen, grouped the way this guide groups them below.
  4. Jump with search. Use Search anything (⌘ K) in the top bar to go to a screen or record. Help & docs in the top bar brings you back here.
